Delete your account

This page is for parents who want to delete their Adhian Gurus account and the data in it.
1. In the app
Open the Adhian Gurus app, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. Read the screen, tick the box and confirm. If you have a class request or a booked class that is not finished, cancel it first.
2. Without the app
Email support@adhiangurus.com from the email address on your account, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 95992 33885from the phone number on your account, and write "Delete my account". We will confirm the request with you before we act on it.
3. What happens, and when
- Your account is switched off straight away. You can no longer use it and we stop sending you notifications.
- For 30 days you can change your mind. Sign in to the app again and tap Restore my account.
- After 30 days we remove your name, phone number, email address, your children's names, class, school and date of birth, and any notebook photos you uploaded. This cannot be undone.
4. What we keep
We keep payment, wallet and class records, without your name, because we need them for accounting, refunds and to resolve disputes. Messages you sent to a tutor may remain visible to that tutor, shown as a deleted parent. Any coins left in your wallet cannot be used once the account is deleted. Write to us before deleting if you need help with them.
5. Tutors
Tutor accounts are deleted through support, because a tutor's bookings involve other people. Email support@adhiangurus.com.
